Alexis Brunstedt, PCC, MA, ADHD & Executive Function Coach, Certified
-
Alexis Brunstedt is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching & Consulting from Concordia University’s Townsend Institute. She brings over a decade of experience supporting adults with ADHD, high-achieving professionals, creatives, and individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, and executive functioning challenges.
-
Alexis specializes in helping clients build practical systems for focus, organization, follow-through, and emotional regulation — while also addressing the deeper identity, nervous system, and self-trust patterns that often accompany ADHD. Her coaching integrates evidence-informed executive function strategies with compassionate, client-centered coaching, helping clients move from shame and overwhelm into clarity, agency, and sustainable progress.
She is passionate about helping clients understand how their brain works, reduce shame, and create sustainable strategies that support both productivity and well-being. -
With a background in both business and holistic life coaching, Alexis is known for creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable. She believes ADHD coaching is not about forcing neurotypical systems, but about helping each client discover what truly works for their brain, values, and life context.
Alexis has worked with hundreds of clients through private practice and national coaching platforms, supporting areas such as time management, emotional regulation, productivity, career transitions, self-confidence, and life design. She is passionate about helping clients replace self-criticism with self-compassion, and turning insight into real-world change.
Outside of coaching, Alexis is also a mixed-media artist and writer, which informs her creative, intuitive, and deeply human approach to personal growth. She brings warmth, structure, and clarity to her work — helping clients not just manage ADHD, but build lives that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable.

A Research‑Supported 12‑Week Program
The 12-Week Roadmap
We don't just give you a planner and wish you luck. We build habits in 3 phases.
Phase 1: The Foundation (Weeks 1-4)
Understanding your specific ADHD brain.
Setting realistic goals (not wishful thinking).
Building organization support and scheduling basics.
Phase 2: The Strategy (Weeks 5-8)
Tools that actually stick
Phase 3: The Mastery (Weeks 9-12)
Building habits on autopilot
Every session includes the workbook, a tiny goal, and a structured coaching plan to keep things simple and consistent.
-

Where Do I Start?
We know investing in a program is a big decision. We want to make sure we are the right fit for your brain before you commit.

-
ADHD brains thrive on routine, structure, and predictability — not one‑off appointments. That’s why coaching is offered in structured packages only.
Packages help you:
• stay consistent
• avoid weekly decision fatigue
• build momentum
• follow a clear path
• commit to the full skill‑building process
• Affirm/Afterpay or HSA/FSA optional
• see meaningful, lasting progress
• avoid the “start over every session” pattern
-
ADHD coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health treatment.
Coaching focuses on:
• habits
• routines
• tools
• executive functioning
• planning
• day‑to‑day support
Clinical care focuses on:
• diagnosis
• medication management
• emotional processing
• mental health symptoms
Clients often work with both a coach and their mental health provider for comprehensive support.
-
Review your history: We look at what you’ve tried before and why it failed.
Identify your blockers: We pinpoint specific executive function gaps.
Outline the plan: You leave with a clear understanding of the 12-week trajectory.
Real Expert Access: You are speaking with a specialist, not a sales rep.
(Billed as a 12-week package: 150 per session)
