  • Alexis Brunstedt is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching & Consulting from Concordia University’s Townsend Institute. She brings over a decade of experience supporting adults with ADHD, high-achieving professionals, creatives, and individuals navigating burnout, life transitions, and executive functioning challenges.

  • Alexis specializes in helping clients build practical systems for focus, organization, follow-through, and emotional regulation — while also addressing the deeper identity, nervous system, and self-trust patterns that often accompany ADHD. Her coaching integrates evidence-informed executive function strategies with compassionate, client-centered coaching, helping clients move from shame and overwhelm into clarity, agency, and sustainable progress.

    She is passionate about helping clients understand how their brain works, reduce shame, and create sustainable strategies that support both productivity and well-being.

    Payment Flexibility:

    • Split the Cost: We accept Affirm and Afterpay so you can pay over time.

    • Insurance: We accept HSA/FSA cards. While coaching is out-of-network, we can provide a letter of medical necessity for reimbursement.

    Step 1: The Strategy & Fit Session ($50) Book a 20-minute intro session with one of our coaches. We will review your specific ADHD struggles and ensure our 12-week structure matches your goals.

    The "Risk-Free" Guarantee: If you decide to join the program, your $50 consult fee is applied directly to your package.
